Professeur de littérature française et directeur du Center for Holocaust and Genocide Studies à l’Université du Minnesota, Bruno Chaouat a notamment publié aux Liverpool University Press Is Theory Good for the Jews ? French Thought and the Challenge of the new Antisemitism (2016) et a donné une première conférence au RRA en mai 2021 sur le thème « La musique est-elle raciste ? »
